Purposes

Contact forms:

The purpose of processing your data will be to deal with your enquiry, respond to your request or answer any questions raised.

Registration form:

The purpose of processing your data will be to register you in our private area so you can enjoy the benefits.

In this case, your personal data will be kept for the time needed to deal with your enquiry, and will subsequently be blocked for the period during which the company is legally required to retain it.

Newsletter form:

The purpose of processing your data will be to keep you informed of our latest products and activities, and provide you with any other information that may be of interest to you related with the company’s business.

We will keep your personal data for up to five (5) years from the moment you last confirmed you wanted to receive newsletters, unless you inform us of your objection to this.

CV submission forms:

The purpose of processing your data will be to enable you to participate in the company’s current and future selection processes.

We will keep your personal data for up to two (2) years unless you inform us of your objection to this, and subsequently for the time needed to fulfil our legal obligations.

Marketing messages

If you tick this box, we may use your data to keep you informed of our latest products and activities, and provide you with any other information that may be of interest to you related with the company’s business.

We will keep your personal data for up to five (5) years from the moment you last confirmed you wanted to receive marketing messages, unless you inform us of your objection to this.

 

Legal grounds for processing

The legal grounds for processing personal data will be as follows:

  • Contact forms: To register the interested party’s consent and duly process the enquiry or request made.
  • CV submission forms: To register the interested party’s consent.
  • Newsletter forms: To register the interested party’s consent.
  • Marketing messages: To register the interested party’s consent, except for customers to whom marketing messages are sent on the basis of the legitimate interest stipulated in article 21.1 of Spain’s Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services Act (Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico).

 

 

Recipients

Data processing Controllers may communicate the user’s personal data to group companies provided that said communication is related to the request or query formulated or is for internal administrative issues. Likewise, the Public Authorities may be recipients of the data in order for the company to comply with the legal obligations to which it is bound.

In the case of CVs, the data may be communicated to other Indukern Group companies; Grupo Indukern, S.L. (http://www.grupoindukern.com/), Laboratorios Calier, S.A. (http://www.calier.es/), Indukern, S.A. (http://www.indukern.es/), Gynea, S.A. (http://www.gynea.com/) y Kern Pharma, S.A. (http://www.kernpharma.com/), for the same purposes and duration.

The Controller has no plans to transfer data internationally to third countries.

 

Rights

Website users are not obligated to provide their personal data, but if they do not, it may affect the services that are provided through our website.

The Controllers state that users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data as well as the right to restrict the processing and transferring of their data in the cases referred to in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

In the event that the data processing is based on consent, the user will be entitled to revoke consent for the processing of his/her data.

In the event that the users’ rights are infringed, they may submit the corresponding complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) (www.agpd.es).
